Plumbing, electrical and lock emergencies are covered 24 hours a day, Sundays and public holidays included. Booked visits, such as an air conditioning installation or an electrical certificate, run Monday to Saturday from 8:00 to 20:00 at a time that suits you.

- Which trade you need: plumber, electrician, locksmith or air conditioning.
- What you can see: where the water comes from, which switch tripped, whether the key is turned.
- Your neighbourhood or town, the floor and whether there's a lift.
- A photo on WhatsApp, if you can. It saves a second visit.
